John F. Reha has practiced litigation and business law since 1980. He has tried many cases to conclusion, has represented numerous clients in trade secrecy, non-compete and personal injury matters. He has also handled many transactional projects, including the sale and purchase of businesses. John has been handling complex business litigation matters for more than 40 years.
Ray Goodwin has been practicing law since 1985. For the past 25 years his practice has emphasized estate, corporate, real estate and business matters. Mr. Goodwin has lived in Colorado since 1982. Mr. Goodwin attended the University of Utah and received two B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance. In 1982, Mr. Goodwin received a J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.
Since joining the firm in 2011, David has specialized in handling many of the firm’s business litigation matters including those dealing with complex contracts, non-competes, trade secrets, and construction defects. Additionally, with his strong appellate background, David has been the primary attorney on most of the firm’s appellate cases, including some of the largest non-compete cases in Colorado history.
