John F. Reha and David J. Caras represented a bicyclist who was struck by a pickup truck. The cyclist incurred significant long-term cognitive injuries. They obtained a settlement against the driver at fault for the large limits of that driver’s auto policy and then obtained a second settlement for limits under the underinsured motorist coverage in the cyclist’s own auto policy.
